The Israeli occupation authority on Tuesday morning displaced Palestinian families after demolishing their makeshift homes in the East Jerusalem district of Silwan.
Local sources reported that the demolitions carried out by the occupation municipality knocked down houses belonging to the family of Abu Rumouz in Ras al-Amud neighborhood of Silwan, rendering their residents, including children, homeless.
The demolition process of the homes is still continuing until the preparation of this news.
The systematic Israeli demolition of Palestinian homes in occupied Jerusalem aims to psychologically destroy the Jerusalemite families in an attempt to force them to move from the Holy City.
