Days of Palestine – Nablus
Today, Saturday evening, a number of civilians suffocated while they responded to the settlers' attack on the towns of Asira al-Qibliya and Qusra, south of Nablus.
The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Douglas, said that "Yitzhar" settlers attacked the southern area of Asira al-Qibliya, with the protection of the occupation army, amid firing bullets, stun grenades and tear gas.
He added that the residents confronted the settlers, which led to a number of them suffocating as a result of inhaling tear gas.
In the same context, Douglas confirmed that the people of the town of Qusra responded to the attack of a group of settlers in the Baslata Plain region, amid the outbreak of clashes in the area.
