The Prisoner Club pointed out that the continued spread of the epidemic among the Palestinian prisoners exacerbating the risks to the lives of the prisoners, accompanied by great concern among them as well as their families, especially on the lives of the sick among them.
The Prisoner Club renewed its demand for international human rights institutions, headed by the International Red Cross, to take their real role in monitoring the health conditions of the infected prisoners and reassuring their families, especially in light of the challenges facing institutions in following up on the infected prisoners.
The Israeli occupation's prison administration exploiting the epidemic and turning it into a tool of suppression and abuse, and tightening control over the Palestinian prisoners through double isolation processes.
It is noteworthy that the number of prisoners in "Raymond" is more than 650 prisoners divided into seven sections, bearing in mind that most of the prisoners in it are of high sentences.
