Days of Palestine – Nablus
Israeli settlers Thursday evening attacked a house on the outskirts of the town of Huwara, south of Nablus.
The official in the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Douglas, said that a group of settlers attacked with stones the house of Moataz Al Qasrawi, which is located on the outskirts of the town of Huwara, which caused material damage to the windows and the glass inside.
Earlier, settlers attacked citizens 'vehicles in the same area.
They also attacked citizens' vehicles on the Ramallah-Nablus road near the eastern village of "Laban", as well as on the Jenin-Nablus road, at the entrance to the evacuated "Homesh" settlement near "Silat al-Dhahr".
Settlers in the West Bank enjoy a climate of impunity, which has resulted in an escalation in both the level of violence and the frequency of attacks on Palestinians. In the past two years, the number of settler attacks against Palestinians has increased by over 144 per cent.
