Gaza registered 67 new infections from the coronavirus in the besieged Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, reported the heath ministry in Gaza on Saturday.
In a statement, the Health Ministry said the territory’s virus count rose to 2725 confirmed cases, including 19 deaths, and 1060 recoveries. The number of active cases has reached 1646.
The ministry called on residents to pursue social distancing to help stem the spread of the virus.
