Israeli authorities raided early on Wednesday into Palestinian cultural organizations and arrested directors of the organizations, said local sources.
Hanan Ashrawi, member of Palestine Liberation Organization's Excutive Committee, slammed the Israeli raid into the organizations.
"Israel's violent and systematic campaign against Palestinians in ouccupied Jerusalem aims to erase the Palestinian presence," she said in a statement.
Palestinian Ministry of Culture, in a press release, also accused Israel of attacking on Palestinian national culture and heritage.
Palestinians have been recently banned from holding any activity of event in Eash Jerusalem by Israel's authorities.
Israel has also shut down many Palestinian organizations and arrested some of their employees and activists.
