The 20th case of coronavirus in Palestine was confirmed today in the isolated city of Bethlehem, said government spokesman Ibrahim Melhem.
All 20 cases are currently restricted to Bethlehem of Palestinians, most who work at two city hotels who came in contact with infected foreign visitors, and relatives who came in contact with the ones infected with the disease.
The Palestinian Authority declared last week a state of emergency throughout the Palestinian territories after the discovery of the first cases of coronavirus in Bethlehem and isolated the city.
