Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has confirmed his country's categorical rejection of the US plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause, which is known as the "Deal of the Century".
"It is impossible for Turkey to ever accept the US peace plan in the Middle East positively," Erdoğan said in press statements.
The Turkish president had already pledged that his country would not allow the implementation of the US plan which is aimed at "dividing the region".
Since the 2016 elections the US president Donald Trump has promised that the solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict will be one of the top priorities of his administration. He has repeatedly noted that his team is working on a peace plan that he later named "Deal of the Century".
No further details have been revealed about the Deal of the Century yet, which has caused widespread speculation and rumors.
