The Israeli occupation police on Thursday morning kidnapped one of the Aqsa Mosque’s guards during his presence in front of al-Majles or al-Nader Gate.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that police officers rounded up Aqsa guard Samer al-Qabbani and took him to a detention center in the Old City of Jerusalem to interrogate him.
In the morning hours, dozens of extremist Jewish settlers from temple mount groups participated in provocative break-ins at the Aqsa Mosque under police protection.

Jewish temple groups recently incited its members and the Jewish community to participate in mass break-ins at the Aqsa Mosque on Thursday.
