Israeli occupation forces murdered on Tuesday at dawn disabled Palestinian in the West Bank city of Tulkarem, medical sources reported.
The medical sources identified the murdered disabled as Mohammad Habali, 22 years old.
He was shot by the Israeli occupation forces and immediately transferred to Thabet Thabet Hospital in Tulkarem, where he was pronounced dead.
Habali, the sources said, was shot as the Israeli occupation forces raided a western neighbourhood in Tulkarem to inspect Palestinian homes and kidnap Palestinian citizens.
A medical source in the area said Habali was hit in the head. Locals said Israeli soldiers shot Habali to death from a zero distance.
The Israeli army said it was looking into the incident.
Israel regularly carries out raids inside the West Bank that it says are necessary to detain violent criminals and potential attackers.
