Israeli occupation forces killed on Sunday evening six Palestinians, including senior leader of Al-Qassam Brigade, Hamas military wing.
In a statement, the Palestinian ministry of health said that six Palestinian were killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis.
Al-Qassam Brigades said that a group Israeli undercover forces infiltrated up to three kilometres deep in the city of Khan Younis and assassinated Al-Qassam leader Nour Baraka, 37.
The Palestinian resistance fighters, the statement said, discovered the undercover forces and started dealing with them.
Then, the fighters of the Israeli enemy carried out a series of strikes to cover the withdrawal of the undercover forces, killing a number of the Palestinians.
In the statement, Al-Qassam described the incident as “dangerous” and said that it is still continuous.
Spokesman of the ministry of health identified the martyrs, who were killed in the Israeli attacks as Nouriddin Baraka, 37, Mohammad al-Qarra, 23, Alaa Qweeder, 22, Mustafa abu-Odeh, 21, Mahmoud Musabbeh, 25, and Alaa Fasfis, 24.
