Israeli occupation forces murdered on Saturday 59-year-old Palestinian farmer while working in his farm in the east of the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis.
Our reporter in the south of the Gaza Strip said that the Israeli occupation forces opened fire at the Palestinian farmers near Al-Najjar Gate in the east of Khan Younis.
According to the reporter, the farmer, who was later identified as Mohammed abu-Jamea, was shot with live ammunition and immediately evacuated to the hospital.
Spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Ashraf al-Qidra said that doctors at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis offered life saving treatment for the old man, but he succumbed to his wounds in the evening.
Israeli occupation always open fire at Palestinian farmers along the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip and at fishermen off the Gaza coasts.
The last casualty was the 18-year-old Palestinian fisherman, who was shot dead while fishing off the Gaza coast and the Israeli occupation navy claimed he had crossed the limits of the fishing zone.
As they told lies about the murder of the fisherman, they also told lies about the farmer Abu-Jamea.
