Israeli occupation forces killed two Palestinian men and wounded around 700 during Friday protests in occupied Palestinian territories, Palestinian medical sources said.
Palestinian factions called on Thursday for the Palestinians to take to the streets on what they called Friday of Rage to protest against Trump’s announcement that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital.
In every corner in the occupied Palestinian territory, there was a demonstration. Each counted thousands of men, women and children.
To suppress the rage of the Palestinians, the Israeli occupation forces opened live fire and threw gas canisters at the protesters.
Palestinian medical sources reported that the Israeli occupation had killed two Palestinians during the protests in Gaza and wounded 676 others in the different areas of the occupied territories.
According to the sources, 17 of the wounded suffered serious injuries as most of them were shot in the upper parts of their bodies.
The sources named the first Palestinian martyr as Mohamed al-Masri, 30, from the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis and the second as Maher Attalah, 54, from the central Gaza city.
Reporters in different occupied territories said that the protests and clashes with the Israeli occupation forces did not end by the start of the darkness.
