Days of Palestine, West Bank -Israeli occupation forces shot on Sunday at dawn Palestinian boy in the head during their invasion of the village of Silwad in West Bank city of Ramallah.
Palestinian medical sources said that the boy was shot in the head with live fire and was taken to Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah in a serious condition.
“The boy took part in the protest that was staged against the Israeli raid of the village,” Salim abu-Tal told Days of Palestine.
Abu-Tal added: “To curb the protest, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, stun grenades and tear gas towards us.”
Regarding the wounded boy, Abu-Tal said: “Suddenly, the boy fell down and then we found him bleeding from the head.”
Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics approached the boy, offered first-aid assistance and then moved him to Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.
