Days of Palestine, Jerusalem -Almost one year after Israeli Jewish settlers burnt him and his family, child Ahmed Dawabsha was discharged from hospital, but with lifelong suffering.
The Israeli Sheba Medical Centre, Tel Hashomer said that the six-year-old boy had completed his urgent treatment and now he can go home.
Dawabsha suffered severe burns all over his body after a group of Israeli Jewish settlers had attacked his home, located in the town of Duma in the West Bank city of Nablus, in July 2015.
His parents and 18-month-old brother were burnt to death and he underwent a series of complicated surgeries.
The most serious problem for the child is that he is not going back to his home as all of his family were killed in the racist Israeli Jewish attack. He is going to live with his grandfather.
According to the hospital, the boy would have to review the hospital weekly for check-up and he is expected to undergo additional surgeries over the coming months, most of them plastic surgeries to help reconstruct parts of his body and face that were severely burned.
