The girl was identified as Nuran al-Balboul, 14, from the city of Bethlehem. “The Israeli occupation forces kidnapped her after a heated argument,” her brother Mohamed said.
Mohamed, Nuran and their aunt wanted to cross the checkpoint, which is the main checkpoint between Bethlehem and the occupied city of Jerusalem.
“A female Israeli soldier started a discussion with my sister Nuran,” Mohamed said, “then, both of them raised their voices.”
Mohamed went on: “Then, their argument heated up and suddenly, the Israeli soldier ordered mu sister to be apprehended.”
Meanwhile, spokesman of the Israeli army claimed that Nuran is an old woman and she was arrested after a knife was found in her possession.
It is worth mentioning that Nuran’s father had been previously murdered by the Israeli occupation forces.
