Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli occupation forces violently beat and arrested two Palestinian girls in Jerusalem and Al-Khalil over stabbing attempts on Tuesday.
According to credible and conformed sources, one of the girls is 13 years old and the other is 16 years old. Both of them are school students.
Witnesses said that the Israeli border guards pulled a little Palestinian girl at Damascus Gate of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, beat her and arrested her.

“One of the Israeli border guard called the little Palestinian school student in the morning but she ignored him,” Hussein Wafi, an eyewitness, said. “Immediately, about five guards followed her, beat her, dragged her to the ground and handcuffed her.”
Hussein said that he heard one of the guards calling for his colleagues to quickly plant a knife near them in order to appear as they had thwarted a knife attack.
Israeli army spokesperson claimed that the Israeli border guards thwarted an attack and arrested a “female terrorist” and took her to an investigation centre.
Earlier to this incident, Israeli troops at the entrance of the illegal Israeli settlement of Karmeir Tzur in the settlement block of Gush Etzion in Al-Khalil also beat and arrested a 13-year old Palestinian female school student.
They claimed she attempted to stab an Israeli soldier with a knife she hid in her school bag. They said that they received warning of a potential attack and as they saw the girl walking in a “suspicious” manner, they cracked down on her.
Days of Palestine’s editor ignored the eyewitness account regarding this incident and reported this illogical narrative published by the Israeli news website YnetNews to show the Israeli propaganda.
“When the [Israeli] guard requested her ID, she threw her knife down and was quickly arrested,” YnetNews reported.
“Davidi Perl, head of the Gush Etzion Regional Council, praised the “vigilance of the residents and the professionalism of the security forces, which prevented a disaster [could have been carried out by a 13-year-old girl] this morning.”
