According to the sources, Hamas officials met with Qatari and Turkish officials on the issue in Ankara. They discussed the proposal.

Senior Palestinian Authority officials were also presented with the details of the plan.

About a week ago, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas leaked claimed that Hamas had secret talks with the Israeli occupation.

Hamas denied, but that seemed right because Days of Palestine knew that Hamas and the Israeli occupation did not want to comment.

The main issue in the plan is the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, Crossings and transmission of goods out and in the Gaza Strip.

According to sources close to the Israeli officials, Israeli occupation is insisting not to allow constructing a harbour in Gaza. The Israeli occupation insists to remain catching Gaza from its neck –the crossings.
