Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli occupation bulldozers partially demolished Palestinian house in Wadi al-Juz neighbourhood in occupied Jerusalem.
Palestinian activist and specialist in Jerusalem issues Jamal Amro said that the house belongs to one of his relatives. He counted a horrible story about the incident.
“The Israeli occupation forces stormed the area at night and without a precaution, they asked the family members to stay in one room inside the house,” he said. “Then, the bulldozers approached the house and starting demolishing it.”
“Young members of the family started screaming and calling for the Israeli forces to let them get out of the house,” he said, “but the occupation forces refused.”
“When two of the family members attempted to flee the house, the Israeli occupation forces beat them and returned them back,” Amer said.
The Israeli occupation claimed that they destroyed the house because it was built without permission; however, Amer said the house was built before the Israeli occupation of the holy city.
