Days of Palestine, West Bank/Jerusalem –Israeli occupation forces arrested on Thursday nine Palestinian citizens in different areas in West Bank and Jerusalem.
Sources told Days of Palestine that a large group of Israeli occupation forces stormed the Al-Aroub Refugee Camp in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil and arrested Nabil Masalmeh, 50, Lo’ai Masalmeh, 20, and Fadi Masalmeh, 27.
According to the sources, Nabil Masalmeh has spent 13 years in Israeli jails.
At the same time, tens of Israeli occupation troops invaded Beit Awa Neighbourhood in the same city, stormed houses and arrested two citizens. They were identified later on as Amro Jaser and the child Hakim al-Sharif.
Meanwhile, hundreds of Israeli occupation troops invaded the occupied city of Jerusalem, stormed Palestinian houses and arrested four Palestinian citizens from the Old City neighbourhood of Wadi Al-Juz.
The lawyer of Al-Dameer Human Rights Organisation Mohamed Mahmoud said that three of the Palestinian citizens arrested tonight are minors. He named them as Ahmed al-Shorbati, Khalid Milhes and Saleh Sandouqa.
The fourth Palestinian citizen, who was arrested in Jerusalem, the lawyer said, is the youth Mohamed Boujah.
Israeli rights organisation B’Tselem published on Tuesday two videos showing masked Israeli soldiers breaking into Palestinian houses, wake up children and conduct security interrogation in beds during the dead night.
