Days of Palestine, Gaza Strip –Israeli occupation navy opened fire on Saturday morning at fishermen off Gaza coast, killing one and wounded others.
“Fisherman Ashraf abu-Ryaleh, 34, arrived to hospital in serious conditions after he was shot by the Israeli navy in the Mediterranean,” Spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qidra said.
“Doctors tried their best to save his life, but the Israeli live bullets caused much damage to his intestines,” Al-Qidra added.
Palestinian paramedics in the fishing port in Gaza reported two other fishermen lightly wounded in the same incident. “Both were admitted to hospitals for treatment,” a paramedic official said.
In addition to the death and wounds, the Israeli occupation navy arrested two fishermen and toed their fishing boat to the Israeli seaport of Ashdod.
Head of the Fishermen Syndication Nizar Ayyish named the two arrested as jihad and Waheed Kaskeen.
Meanwhile, the Israeli group troops positioned along the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip opened fire at the Palestinian farmers in two different place.
One of the place, sources said, is a farm in Khan Younis City in the south of the Gaza Strip and the other place is Rafah, where a group of shepherds were herding their sheep.
Just on Thursday, the Israeli occupation navy opened heavy fire at the Palestinian fishermen of the Gaza coast and wounded two and arrested four others. They also toed a fishing boat to the Israeli seaport of Ashdod.
