“They responded to the threat with live fire,” she said, adding that “reports of a dead Palestinian are being reviewed. There will be military police investigation.”
Official Palestinian statistics said that by the death of the boy today, the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in the occupied West Bank so far this year became 42, in addition to the nearly 2,200 Palestinians killed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza war.
More than 4,300 Palestinians have also been wounded by the Israeli occupation in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of 2014, as well as more than 11,000 during the 51-day Israeli war on Gaza.
