Israeli aggressions on the Palestinian students started as they took to the streets protesting against reinstating the female headmaster, who was previously convicted of stealing school’s donations collected from students’ families.
The students attended the first day of their school year in Jerusalem and surprised to see the former notorious headmaster running their schools in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighbourhood.
Member of families’ committee Hassan Abdu said that the protests caused by accumulation of Israeli occupation ignoring students’ needs.
The situation is very bad in Jerusalem schools as 6,000 Palestinian students study in only eight schools, including 1,800 studying in rented rooms, “which are not appropriate for animals; life.”
