Days of Palestine, West Bank –On Friday, Israeli occupation forces reined in weekly Palestinian anti-Separation Wall protests in the occupied West Bank.
Witnesses said that the Israeli forces attacked the protesters in Al-Ma’sara and Nabi-Saleh villages and prevented protesters from approaching the sites of the Israeli apartheid Separation Wall.
Sources told Days of Palestine that the Israeli forces fired rubber-coated with metal bullets and gas canisters at the protesters, who at first insisted to continue to reach the site of the Wall. Several protesters were reported lightly wounded.
According to the sources, the Israeli occupation forces invaded the villages since the morning and set up a strict cordon around them in order to undermine the protests.
