The Israeli navy and army opened fire today, Monday, at Gaza fishermen and on farmers at the southern borders of the besieged Gaza Strip, local sources reported.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation navy opened fire at fishing boats west of the Al-Waha area in the northern Gaza Strip, damaging at least one boat but without causing any injury, and forcing the fishermen to return to shore.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation soldiers stationed at army watchtowers of Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip also opened fire at Gaza farmers working on their lands and bird hunters, forcing them to leave the area.

Israelis forces constantly harass fishermen and farmers at border areas and prevent them from earning a living.
