Days of Palestine – Istanbul
On Tuesday, a group of Palestinian and Turkish lawyers filed a complaint in Istanbul’s General Court accusing Israeli authorities of war crimes.
A lawsuit was brought to the General Court in Istanbul to prosecute Israeli war criminals based on power of attorney from the relatives of the victims of the recent war in the Gaza Strip.
In front of the Court, a news conference was conducted, during which lawyer Gülden Sönmez issued a statement on behalf of Turkish attorneys, followed by a speech by lawyer Ahmed Yilmaz.
Dr. Saeed Al-Dahshan issued the Arabic press statement, followed by Ansam Abu Odeh, who spoke on behalf of the victims’ relatives.
