The Israeli occupation forces continue a fierce Judaization policy against Palestinian cities recently.
In this regard, Eid Jahalin, a spokesman for the village of Khan al-Ahmar, east of occupied Jerusalem, said that the Israeli plan, which requires the evacuation of the village and the displacement of its residents, is an old and new plan.

He added in a telephone interview that this plan aims to implement Israeli laws to remove everything that is Palestinian from Palestine, to Judaize the land, and surround occupied Jerusalem with Israeli buildings and settlements.
He explained that the great danger of such schemes is the initiation of their implementation, and the real and effective evacuation of the village, stressing that this village will remain a thorn in the throat of the settlements surrounding the Holy City.
He pointed out that the dream of the Israelis is Greater Jerusalem and therefore they are working to remove everything that is Palestinian in order for the state to be Jewish, noting that everyone must fight the battle of awareness and steadfastness in order to stand up to Israel and protect villages from Judaization and the danger of displacement and uprooting.
And Hebrew sources said this morning that the Israeli government has drawn up a new plan to evacuate the village of Khan al-Ahmar, east of the occupied city of Jerusalem, and to displace its residents, and intends to implement it during the coming period.
The Israeli occupation authorities consider the lands on which the Bedouin community is located in Khan al-Ahmar “state land” and claim that it was “built without a permit.”
Last September, the Israeli Supreme Court responded to the occupation government’s request to postpone the evacuation of the Palestinian village for an additional six months, following the Shin Bet’s recommendation not to evacuate the village in the light of international pressures.
The village of Khan al-Ahmar is surrounded by a number of settlements and is located within the lands targeted by the Israeli occupation to implement its settlement project called “E1”.
About 200 Palestinians registered with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) live in the village, and it includes a school serving 170 students, from several places in the area.
