A group of Israeli settlers grazed Sunday, June 11, 2023, their sheep on Palestinian-owned lands planted with summer crops, in the Al-Thala area of Masafer Yatta, south of occupied Hebron.
The activist in the settlement resistance file, Osama Makhamreh, reported that dozens of Israeli settlers have encroached on Palestinian citizens’ lands, with the intention to destroy them.
Al-Makhamarah added that Israeli settlers grazed their sheep there under the Israeli occupation forces’ protection.
Since the beginning of 2023, Israeli settlers have carried out more than 220 attacks on Palestinians and their own property in the occupied West Bank, 230 of which caused property damage, and 60 of them caused injuries to Palestinian residents, according to the latest United Nations reports.
Currently, about 600,000 Israeli settlers live in over 230 illegal settlements built since 1967 in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
