Israeli settlers attacked Monday, January 16, 2023 Palestinian shepherds while herding their sheep in Khirbet Tana in the town of Beit Fourik, east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Ghassan Daghlas, an official responsible for the settlement file, stated that Israeli soldiers were watching when settlers attacked shepherds and didn’t intervene to stop them.
Israeli settlers attacked shepherds under the protection of Israeli soldiers as they intervened only to protect settlers after Palestinian residents rushed to fend off settlers’ attack.
It’s worthmentionening that Israeli forces clashed with Palestinian citizens residing in the area and detained a number of them.
