Israeli Settlers Attack Palestinian Citizens, Property in Occupied Hebron

A group of Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian citizens and their vehicles, at dawn on Sunday, September 18, in the Wadi Al-Hussain area in the city of Hebron in the southern West Bank.

Arif Jaber, a human rights defender in Hebron, reported that a group of armed settlers of the Kiryat Arba settlement attacked residents of Wadi al-Hussain in the southern area of occupied ​​Hebron, throwing stones at their homes and smashing the windows of several vehicles.

Activist Jaber indicated that Israeli occupation forces along with Israeli Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian citizens with tear gas and stun grenades.

“Israeli settlers also attacked the homes of Palestinian families in the Al-Jabari building which was seized months ago by the settlers, ” Jaber added.

Since the start of 2022, Israeli settlers have carried out 290 attacks on Palestinians and their property in the West Bank, causing damage to 230 properties, and injuring 60 civilians.
