DaysofPal– New attacks by Israeli settlers targeting Palestinian homes, vehicles, and agricultural lands were reported early Saturday across several areas in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, amid a continuing Israeli escalation of violence.
In the Nablus governorate, groups of settlers attacked homes in the town of Beita, south of the city.
The assault focused on the Bir Fawza area, where settlers reportedly threw large numbers of stones at residential houses, causing panic among residents.
The attack coincided with the vandalism and destruction of several Palestinian vehicles parked outside homes.
In a related development, towns and villages east of Ramallah witnessed ongoing acts of harassment carried out by extremist settler groups against Palestinian families, particularly in the vicinity of al-Taybeh and surrounding areas.
Settlers reportedly surrounded homes and released livestock into agricultural lands, damaging crops and uprooting olive trees as part of an Israeli strategy aimed at expanding Israeli outposts and pressuring Palestinian communities to leave.
In the northern West Bank, a pastoral outpost known as Har Bezek, established on land belonging to residents of the town of Raba east of Jenin, has continued to impose daily harassment and attacks on farmers, alongside ongoing attempts to force them off their land.
In East Jerusalem, settlers continued provocative tours and attacks on Palestinians and their property, particularly near the main entrances of neighborhoods and within the alleys of the Old City.
These attacks have taken place alongside tightened restrictions imposed by Israeli police on Palestinian movement, including the installation of military checkpoints that limit access for residents and worshippers, while providing security protection for settler groups.
Residents and local observers warn that the frequency and intensity of such incidents are increasing, raising concerns about further escalation and instability in the region.
