Israeli occupation handed Monday, 17 October 2022 a military order for uprooting tens of thousands of forest trees in the occupied West Bank area of Atouf, southeast of Tubas.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation notified to uproot 30,000 forest trees planted within a pastoral reserve on Palestinian-owned lands of 1,600 dunums in the Atouf area, southeast of Tubas.
Palestinian towns and villages in the occuiped West Bank have seen increased raids and violations by Israeli forces during the olive harvest season.
Since the beginning of the olive harvest season in Palestine, colonial settlers, guarded by Israeli occupation forces escalated their raids and attacks into the Palestinian-owned lands, uprooting and burning olive trees.
