The Israeli occupation authorities denied on Thursday, October 20, 2022, the family of the Palestinian martyr Uday Al-Tamimi, who was shot dead by the occupation forces last night east of occupied Jerusalem, to see him or hand over his body to them.
Lawyer Khaldoun Najm said that the Israeli occupation rejected that the Al-Tamimi’s family see their son Uday, and refused to hand over his body to them.
He added that he will submit a request next Sunday to allow the family of the martyr Uday to see him.
The lawyer explained that the occupation police refused to let the martyr’s mother leave the house confinement in her family’s home in Silwan, occupied Jerusalem, until the 25th of this month, and also refused her arrival to the Shuafat camp until the end of this month.
He pointed out that the Israeli occupation court extended the detention of Qassem Al-Tamimi, the brother of the martyr, until next Monday, knowing that he has been detained since the ninth of this month.
On Wednesday evening, the Israeli occupation forces killed a Palestinian youth, Uday Al-Tamimi, at the entrance to the Israeli “Ma’ale Adumim” settlement, north of Jerusalem.
