Israeli occupation navy detained Thursday morning, October 27, 2022, 5 Palestinian fishermen north of the Gaza Sea, and seized their fishing boat.
Palestinian media reported that the Israeli Navy trapped a Palestinian fishing boat that belongs to Murad Hissy in the Sudanieh area in the north of the Gaza Strip. Israeli occupation navy fired live ammunition and poisonous gas at the boat before boarding it.
The boat was dragged to Ashdod port by the Israeli occupation navy. All of the fishermen aboard were detained.
Israeli occupation navy targets Palestinian fishing boats on a daily basis by firing gases, and water hosing their boats in an attempt to sink them, causing massive destruction to the crumbling industry in the besieged Gaza.
