Israeli occupation released Friday, 18 November 2022 the body of a slain Palestinian teenager held for two months after he was shot dead by the Israeli troops.
Israeli occupation handed over Haitham Mubarak’s body at the Israeli Karamilo military checkpoint, east of Ramallah, in the center of the West Bank, stated the Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority in a statement.
The body of the slain Palestinian teenager was taken to a Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance in the presence of representatives from the Palestinian Liaison, the statement added.
The funeral for the 17-year-old boy will be held on Sunday.
It is worth mentioning that Mubarak hailed from the town of Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah was shot dead on 8 September by the Israeli troops near a settlement street in Beiten, east of Ramallah.
Israeli occupation forces currently withhold the bodies of more than 250 male and female Palestinians killed by the occupation forces since October 2015, According to Palestinian figures.
