Local Palestinian sources reported that the heavily armed Israeli forces broke into occupied West Bank cities and detained several Palestinians after raiding their houses and terrorizing their families in multiple military raids across the occupied West Bank.
In Salfit, Israeli special forces arrested the Palestinian men Adham Yahya Shamlawy, and Omar Mahmoud Shamlawy after raiding and searching his family home in the Haris village, west of the city.
In Hebron, Israeli forces detained 4 Palestinians identified as Wajdi Al-Awawdeh, Muhammad Al-Awawdeh, Khalil Al-Awawdeh, and Muhammad Farid Al-Awawdeh during a military raid into the city.
In Tulkarm, Israeli occupation forces detained Palestinian man Muhammad Aufi after raiding and searching his family home in the town of Balaa, east of the city.
Palestinian towns and villages in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem have seen increased near-daily military raids and violations by Israeli forces in recent months.
In June 2023, Israeli occupation forces arrested 380 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza Strip including 45 children and 10 women.
Its worth noting that there are 4700 Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails illegally held by Israeli occupation including 30 women and 400 children.
