Israeli occupation forces demolished Wednesday a wood shop in the village of Housan, to the west of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to a local official.
Rami Hamamra, head of the Housan village council, said that a unit of Israeli forces, accompanied by a bulldozer, raided the western area next to the illegal Israeli settlement of Bitar Illit and proceeded to demolish a wood shop owned by a local resident.
He said the shop was demolished under the pretext that it was built without a permit.
To be noted, shops in the western area of the village are frequently subjected to several violations by Israeli forces, some were demolished while others are threatened with demolition.
