The Israeli occupation forces closed on Monday, October 3, 2022, several Palestinian roads with earth mounds south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.
The coordinator of the Committee for the Protection and Resilience of the Southern Hebron Mountains and Masafer Yatta, Fuad Al-Amour, stated that the Israeli occupation forces closed several entrances along the bypass road 60, starting from the Al-Balouta roundabout, south of Hebron, and ending with the entrance to the Sha`b Al-Butm in Masafer Yatta.
Since this morning, the occupation forces demolished three houses in the Al-Rifa’iya area, the town of Beit Anun, and near the Jabal Jawhar area in Hebron, under the pretext of not having a building permit.
The occupation forces have recently escalated their violations of the rights of Palestinian citizens and their lands in the areas adjacent to the Israeli settlements established on the lands of Palestinian citizens in Hebron.
