The Israeli occupation forces demolished on Thursday, September 8, 2022, Palestinian homes in occupied Jerusalem, while Israeli settlers set up tents on lands in Hebron in preparation for seizing it and establishing a new settlement.

The occupation forces demolished some walls and razed lands belonging to the Palestinian citizen, Nibal Zahaika, from the town of Walaja, west of occupied Jerusalem.

Yesterday, the occupation forces demolished many Palestinian commercial buildings, a house, and a farm in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

They also delivered several demolition notices to Palestinians in the town of Biddu, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, as the occupation is to demolish a number of buildings in the town, including nine inhabited buildings.

In Hebron, Israeli settlers set up tents on the lands of Palestinian citizens, in the village of Birin, southeast of the city, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

Last August, the occupation authorities escalated the demolition and confiscation of Palestinian property in the West Bank and Jerusalem, as the number of demolished houses reached (43), (17) of them in Jerusalem, and (19) in Jericho, in addition to dozens of homes whose residents were notified of demolition,
