In their monthly report on Israeli occupation violations and colonial expansion measures, The Colonization & Wall Resistance Commission stated on Saturday, August 5, 2023, that Israeli forces and settlers carried out 897 attacks against Palestinians, their properties, and holy sites during July 2023.
The attacks ranged from direct assaults on civilians to land vandalism and confiscation, village raids, uprooting trees, and property seizures.
The majority of these incidents were concentrated in the Jerusalem Governorate with 148 attacks, followed by Nablus Governorate with 140 attacks, and then Hebron Governorate with 113 attacks.
The report also highlighted that Israeli settlers were responsible for 202 organized and dangerous assaults in places such as Al-Ma’rajat, Am Saffa, Kafr ad-Dik, Jalud, Aqraba, Al-Qaboun, and others.
Nablus Governorate witnessed 65 of these attacks, followed by Ramallah with 35 attacks, and Hebron with 28 attacks.
The Palestinian people have long endured such barbaric attacks on their daily lives, livelihoods, and sacred places.
