Israeli occupation forces detained Wednesday, June 28, 2023, a Palestinian child at an Israeli checkpoint in the Shuafat refugee camp, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the Israeli troops have kidnapped a 12-year-old Palestinian child from the Shuafat refugee camp and taken him to an unknown area.
The Israeli occupation police claimed that the child was near Israeli soldiers at the Shuafat military checkpoint holding a knife.
On a daily basis, Israeli troops storm the Palestinian cities and towns of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, detaining, killing, and injuring citizens there.
