Israeli occupation forces attacked Friday, October 6, a Palestinian funeral in Huwara town, south of occupied Nablus, wounding dozens of Palestinians.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the Israeli forces fired live and rubber bullets and tear gas canisters towards the Palestinian mourners, who participated in the funeral of the Palestinian martyr Labib Dumaidi in Huwara.
Medical sources stated that over 51 Palestinians have been wounded by Israeli forces’ bullets, three of whom were injured by live bullets in the lower extremities and 25 others by rubber bullets.
Additionally, 12 Palestinian citizens were reportedly detained by Israeli occupation forces.
Mourners loudly shouted slogans condemning Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people and called to retaliate and resist the Israeli occupation by all means.
Today morning, Labib Al-Dumaidi succumbed to injuries he sustained from colonial Israeli settlers’ bullets, who aggressively attacked Huwara town last night.
