Attacking a Palestinian school in Nablus’s Huwara town, Israeli occupation forces wounded many Palestinian students and teachers, Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

Many Palestinian students and teachers at Omar Bin Al-Khattab school, north of Nablus, have been suffocated by toxic gas fired by Israeli troops, local Palestinian sources reported.

The school director Raja Awwad stated that Israeli soldiers fired toxic tear gas and sound bombs at Palestinian teachers and students while leaving the school, injuring many of them.

He indicated that the Israeli have been attacking Palestinian students for more than a month to obstruct their studying.

The school’s teachers deployed daily throughout the roads to the school to secure the arrival and departure of students to and from school, Awwad added.

He stressed that the school includes 500 students from the first to seventh grade who are terrorized and scared because of Israeli ongoing attacks on them.
