Israeli Air Attack Kills 5 Palestinians on Car in Tubas

Five Palestinians were killed in an Israeli air attack on a vehicle in the occupied West Bank city of Tubas on Thursday morning, at a time Israeli forces launches a flat-out assault in the occupied territories.

The Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that five youths were killed and two others were injured, including one in critical condition, in the Israeli air attack on the vehicle during a military raid in the city of Tubas.

The ministry identified them as Ahmed Fawaz Fayez Abu Dawas, 24, Muhammad Awad Salem Abu Juma, 30, Qusay Majdi Abdullah Abdul Razek, 26, Muhammad Nazmi Abu Zagha, 23, and Muhammad Zakaria Muhammad Al-Zubaidi, 21, the son of renowned Palestinian breaker of Gilbo’ prison Zakaria Al-Zubaidi.

Palestine Red Crescent ambulances moved the wounded people to the Tubas Turkish Government Hospital, along with the bodies of the five killed young men, according to local sources.

Meanwhile, 16-year-old Majed Fida Abu Zeina was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces in the Far’a camp, south of Tubas.

The Red Crescent said that its crews were able to transfer the teenager to the hospital after the Israeli occupation forces prevented them earlier.

Dueing Israeli forces raid into the Far’a camp, they fired a barrage of bullets at Abu Zeina, abused him, and prevented the ambulance crews from reaching him.

Local sources also revealed that the most barbaric act appeared when the soldiers dragged his body out of the camp using a military bulldozer.

Last week, Israel began a flat-out military offensive across the West Bank that was viewed as the largest since the Second Intifada, killing at least 39 Palestinians and wounded 130, with the vast majority of casualties in Jenin.
