Israeli occupation authorities decided on Friday, March 31, 2023, to impose a closure on the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip ahead of the Passover.
In a statement, the Israeli occupation army announced that the Gaza Strip and West Bank crossings will be closed for the Passover holidays.
It pointed out that the closure will take effect from April 5th to April 8th while West Bank checkpoints will be opened only on April 7.
During the Passover, Israeli occupation forces impose abusive measures against the Palestinian people, closing the roads and attacking worshipers.
In Ramadan 2022, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem survived one of the brutal waves of violence by Israeli troops during Passover.
