Israeli occupation forces have kidnapped 200 Palestinian citizens from the occupied city of Jenin since the beginning of this year, according to the Prisoner’s Club.
The Prisoner Club said in a press statement that the ages of the prisoners ranged between 18 and 35 years, and many of them a large were repeatedly kidnapped over the past years.
This year, the occupation authorities issued a life sentence and a fine of 3 million shekels against the prisoner Muhammad Marouh Kabha.
During the past few years, Jenin witnessed a remarkable increase in the rate of arrests, but it has increased since late last year and the beginning of this year, compared to previous periods.
It is worth noting that the number of prisoners from Jenin who are currently in Israeli detention is about 500, including three women, 10 children, 35 administrative detainees, and 75 serving life sentences.
