On Monday evening, Israeli Occupation forces (IOF) injured many Palestinians in Sebastia town and Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Mohammad Azem, the mayor of Sebastia, said several army jeeps invaded the town leading to protests.
He added that the soldiers fired dozens of live rounds, gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber-coated steel bullets, causing several injuries.
The occupation soldiers also invaded Burqa village, leading to protests and injuring several Palestinians who suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers frequently invade Sebastia to accompany groups of colonialist settlers into the archaeological area.
During these invasions, the soldiers block all Palestinian traffic, frequently storm homes, abduct Palestinians, attack protesters, and remove the Palestinian flag from the archeological area.
In related news, Israeli soldiers invaded Georga Habash Square west of the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, and installed a roadblock, before stopping and searching dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
