Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained many Palestinians during military incursions into many areas of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem on Sunday, May 21, 2023.
IOF detained many Palestinian under the pretext of participating in popular Palestinian resistance acts, Palestinian human rights organizations reported.
In Hebron, Israeli forces detained the Palestinian boy Montaser Abu Ayesh after raiding his home in the Beit Ammar town.
In the south, Israeli troops stormed the Masafer Yatta town and detained 6 Palestinian citizens, namely Islam Issa Rab’e, Mohammad Abu Hmaid, Ali Rab’e, Malik Rab’e, Ilyas Rab’e, Islam Ahmed Rab’e.
The Israeli occupation forces detained another Palestinian in Jenin, while he was passing through the Dotan military checkpoint, southwest of the city.
IOF stormed the Zboba village, west of Jenin, and detained two Palestinians. namely Qusai Jaradat and Belal Jaradat.
In Jerusalem, Israeli forces detain the Palestinian Abd Al-Naser Al-Ladawia after breaking into his house, which led to the outbreak of confrontations between the citizens and Israeli forces.
On a daily basis, Israeli troops storm the Palestinian cities and towns of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, detaining, killing, and injuring citizens there.
According to Palestinian statistics, the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks in the West Bank and Jerusalem since the beginning of 2023 has risen to 118.
As for detention, Israeli occupation forces detained 900 Palestinian citizens, including 120 kids and 17 females, throughout occupied Palestine last April only.
