 Israeli occupation targets shepherds and fishermen in Gaza Strip

The Israeli occupation forces fired on Monday, August the 22nd, 2022, heavy machine guns and tear gas canisters at workers in the eastern central governorate of the Gaza Strip, and shepherds in the southern Gaza Strip.

local sources reported that the Israeli occupation soldiers stationed in the military towers in the east of the central governorate fired heavily with machine guns and tear gas canisters at the sand quarry workers, east of the central governorate, and forced them to leave their workplace.

Sources said that the occupation forces, stationed east of Khan Yunis, also fired heavy machine guns and tear gas canisters at shepherds, east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Yunis, and forcibly forced them to leave the grazing area.

In the same context,  the occupation navy boats pursued and attacked Palestinian fishing boats in the northern Gaza Strip. they shot and threw gas bombs opening toward them.

Sources reported that the occupation boats stationed at sea in the northern Gaza Strip pursued the fishing boats operating in the sea of ​​the Al-Waha area in the northern Gaza Strip, and fired tear gas and opened water pumps toward them, forcing them to leave the sea by force.
