Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continued Wednesday, June 7, 2023, to raze the land of 25 dunums in the Maghrabat area, adjacent to the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah.
According to local sources, the occupation forces started razing the land three days ago, for the sake of the “Givat Harue” Israeli settlement outpost there, intending to expand it.
Israeli occupation authorities currently seek to link the settlement outpost with four other settlements, at the cost of Palestinian citizens’ lands.
Settlers’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank, as this includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on homes.
There are over 700,000 Israeli settlers living in colonial settlements across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank in violation of International Law.
